Workspace Analytics

Workspace Analytics in Lora gives Admins and Workspace Owners a workspace-wide view of shortcut activity. You can compare which shortcuts are opened most often and how recorded usage differs by device, browser, or region.

Plan and role availability: Workspace Analytics and CSV export require Business or Enterprise and an Admin or Owner role. Free and Basic do not include Workspace Analytics. Members and Moderators cannot view the workspace report.

What you can see

Workspace Analytics include activity across all members in your workspace. The dashboard shows:

  • Estimated time saved — Lora’s estimate of time saved by using shortcuts instead of finding the same destinations manually.
  • Usage over time — how shortcut activity evolves daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Shortcuts created — the number of shortcuts added by members over time.
  • Most used shortcuts — the shortcuts with the most recorded opens.
  • Most used destination domains — the external tools and websites your team accesses most often via Lora.
  • Devices — a breakdown of shortcut usage across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • Browsers — insights into which browsers your team is using with Lora.
  • Operating systems — usage patterns by OS, such as macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Triggers — how shortcuts are accessed: through QR codes, the browser extension, or the web app.
  • Geography — usage by country, region, and continent.

These signals help Admins identify popular tools and investigate whether important resources are being reached across devices and regions. Activity data does not by itself prove that someone read a destination or completed a task.

Date range picker

Use the date range picker at the top of the analytics page to filter your data. You can switch between preset ranges such as “Last 7 days” or “Last 30 days,” or select a custom start and end date.

Exporting your data

On Business and Enterprise, Admins and Owners can export workspace analytics as CSV. Year-to-date and All-time ranges are also limited to those plans.

Workspace Analytics are available to Owners and Admins on Business and Enterprise. For individual usage data, see Personal Analytics.
