Personal Analytics

Personal Analytics in Lora help you understand your own shortcut activity. You can see which shortcuts you rely on most, how often you use them, and Lora’s estimate of the time saved compared with finding the same destinations manually.

Plan availability: Personal Analytics require Basic, Business, or Enterprise. Year-to-date and All-time ranges require Business or Enterprise; Free does not include analytics.

What you see

Personal Analytics are focused on your activity only. The dashboard includes:

• Estimated time saved — Lora’s estimate of time saved by using shortcuts instead of finding the same destinations manually.
• Recently used shortcuts — a quick view of the shortcuts you’ve accessed most recently.
• Shortcuts created — an overview of the shortcuts you’ve added to your workspace.
• Most used shortcuts — see which shortcuts you rely on the most.
• Usage over time — track how your shortcut usage changes by day, week, or month.

This view gives you a clear picture of your habits and helps you keep your shortcuts organized.

Date range picker

Use the date range picker at the top of the analytics page to filter your data. You can switch between preset ranges such as “Last 7 days” or “Last 30 days,” or select a custom start and end date.

Exporting your data

On Basic and higher, you can export plan-available personal analytics as a CSV file. The export follows the same scope and date-range gates as the page.

Privacy

The personal view is scoped to your activity. Admins and Owners may separately access aggregated, workspace-wide activity when the plan includes Workspace Analytics.
