These terms and conditions apply to the Lora browser extension and web application (hereby referred to as “Service”) created by Lora (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a commercial service.
By installing the browser extension or using the web application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the Service. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Service, any part of the Service, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Service, reverse-engineer the Service, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Service is as useful and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Service or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Service will be clearly communicated to you before they take effect.
The Service stores and processes personal data that you have provided in order to deliver its functionality. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your browser, your account credentials, and access to the Service.

Please be aware that certain features of the Service require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Service does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access.

The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the Service.
The Service Provider may update the Service at any time. The browser extension is currently available for Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium-based browsers, and these requirements may change. You agree to accept updates to the browser extension when offered. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Service and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Service and, if necessary, uninstall the browser extension.
