Workspace Analytics
Workspace Analytics in Lora give you a complete overview of how your team is using shortcuts. You can see adoption across the entire organization, measure which shortcuts are most valuable, and understand how usage differs by device, browser, or region.
What you can see
Workspace Analytics include activity across all members in your workspace. The dashboard shows:
- Time saved — the total time your team has gained by using shortcuts.
- Usage over time — how shortcut activity evolves daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Shortcuts created — the number of shortcuts added by members over time.
- Most used shortcuts — the shortcuts that drive the most value for your team.
- Most used destination domains — the external tools and websites your team accesses most often via Lora.
- Devices — a breakdown of shortcut usage across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Browsers — insights into which browsers your team is using with Lora.
- Operating systems — usage patterns by OS, such as macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Triggers — how shortcuts are accessed: through QR codes, the browser extension, or the web app.
- Geography — usage by country, region, and continent.
These insights help admins and team leads measure adoption, identify popular tools, and ensure important resources are accessible across devices and regions.
Date range picker
Use the date range picker at the top of the analytics page to filter your data. You can switch between preset ranges such as “Last 7 days” or “Last 30 days,” or select a custom start and end date.
Exporting your data
All workspace analytics can be exported as a CSV file for reporting or deeper analysis. Click the Export button in the analytics view and your data will download instantly.
Permissions
Workspace analytics are available to all owners and admins.
