Invite Members
Workspaces in Lora are designed for collaboration. To get the most out of Lora, invite your teammates so they can create and use shortcuts together.
How to invite members
To invite new members to your workspace:
- Go to Administration → Members.
- Click Invite Members.
- Enter the email addresses of the teammates you’d like to invite.
- Choose a role for each invitee (Admin, or Members).
- Click Send Invite.
Each teammate will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. Once they accept, they’ll appear in your members list with the assigned role.
Roles and permissions
When inviting teammates, you can decide their level of access:
- Admins can manage workspace settings, members, and security.
- Members can create and use shortcuts, folders, and tags.
Managing invitations
Pending invitations appear in the Members tab until they are accepted. You can resend or revoke an invitation at any time.
Best practices
- Use work email addresses to ensure teammates are automatically connected to the right workspace.
- Assign roles carefully — give Admin access only to trusted team members who need it.
- Start by inviting a small group of power users to test Lora and set up key shortcuts, then expand to the broader team.
